It wasn’t your average night last Wednesday night. Adam Levine blew kisses, Taylor Swift twirled in a United Kingdom themed outfit, and a $10 million dollar bra graced Lexington Avenue Armory’s runway in New York. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, a runway show that captures the attention of millions every year, was full of vibrant colors, more than a handful of feathers, and statement pieces to leave people raving.
As Candice Swanepoel wore the most expensive bra in the world, Cara Delevingne transformed into a soccer player, Jourdan Dunn became a sexy Mary Poppins, and Karlie Klosswas probably the most colorful butterfly the world had ever seen. Those in attendance were immersed into so many storylines that it was easy to forget that the whole point of the show was to display lingerie.
Throughout six segments, performers such as A Great Big World, Fall Out Boy, and the ever-adorable Taylor Swift walked the runway next to some of the world’s most attractive ladies.
As always, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was full of winks, air kisses, and painful reminders that I haven’t been to the gym in a week and a half.
The entire Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is set to air December 10th on CBS.
