Top Trends From Paris Fashion Week

Here's the deal about Paris Fashion Week, I'm obsessed with it. More than semi-frequently, Paris offers a longer line-up of presentations than New York Fashion Week, therefore making it supreme.

I may or may not have been streaming most of the major runway shows in a few of my classes (oops) and noticed a few trends definitely worth mentioning.

1.     Artisan Prints

FAVORITE LOOK: Celine (second from the right)

2.     True Royal Blue

FAVORITE LOOK: Collette Dinnigan (far left look) I’m absolutely in love. Yes please.

3.     Neutral Tones, Often Draped

FAVORITE LOOK: Neil Barrett (second from the right)

4.     Florals and Delicate Paisleys

FAVORITE LOOK:  Cacharel (second from the right)

5.     Choker Necklaces

Chanel went with large pearls, whilst designers like Hermes decided to go with the simple chain.

FAVORITE LOOK: Balenciaga (middle)

6.     High Waists

FAVORITE LOOK: It’s a tie between Balenciaga (second from the left) and Emanuel Ungaro (far right). Both looks are totally different, but equally spectacular.

7.     Sporty

Boyish bomber and track-style jacket were overwhelmingly present at the Paris collections.

FAVORITE LOOK: It’s another tie for me between Jay Ahr (middle) and Barbara Bui (second from the right). The details on the jacket, it’s all a yes from me.
